The ROI calculator provides you with an optimal Wi-Fi configuration, and a return on investment (ROI) calculation. This simulation is based on Alcatel-Lucent Enterprise Wi-Fi solutions for your hotel or campsite. Costing is based on WPL prices * (public prices), generally found in your region. The calculator targets small- and medium-sized hotels and campsites located in France. Knowing the size of your facility allows us to estimate the number of Wi-Fi hotspots you need. The number of days open is important because it allows us to calculate the day you reach profitability, that is, when the additional income generated by the Wi-Fi solution will cover the investment. In other words, it allows us to calculate your return on investment (ROI) in terms of days.

In the fields requiring completion we ask that you indicate the proposed price increase of the room, or campsite overnight stay, based on the upgrade provided by the Wi-Fi solution. You will increase revenues with Wi-Fi being billed to all customers, at no additional cost to your establishment in terms of billing or management (no dedicated computers or consumables, no concierge, etc.)

Installation costs are generally determined by the industry and may differ depending on the region. The Wi-Fi solution costs do not include routing cables. The solution includes a log server (syslog) that registers logins (Mac address, IP address). This configuration is based on the fact that the operation is frequented by business customers. If your business is frequented by private customers, the system portion will probably need to be modified. The average net profit per year is derived from the sales generated by the additional services offered to the customer. The installation and operator fees are an area average.
